Shipping within the United States

We’re quick. We hand-pack and ship your order within two business days of receipt, and sometimes the same day. We will also ship on a specific future date requested by you, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments within the United States are via UPS. Orders are billed when shipped. Shipments to post office boxes are discouraged; it is best to provide a street address. If a post office box must be used, you must provide a telephone number.

Shipping outside the United States

Automatic Shipments

We will be happy to customize something that’s just right for you. To change or cancel automatic shipments, please provide two week’s advance notice.

Gifts and Gift Certificates

Returns

We guarantee all hardgoods purchases against manufacturer’s defects for 90 days; beyond 90 days, please refer to product warranty information and contact the manufacturer directly.
