INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup Ghirardelli Ground Sweet Chocolate

4 oz. brewed Espresso "Italian Roast"

12 oz. milk

ice

chocolate sprinkles

PREPARATION:

• Fill glass half way with ice
• In a separate glass, mix chocolate and espresso until dissolved
• Pour chocolate/espresso mixture over ice
• Fill with milk
• Stir well
• Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
