Iced Mocha
(makes 16 oz.)

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Ghirardelli Ground Sweet Chocolate
4 oz. brewed Espresso "Italian Roast"
12 oz. milk
ice
whipped cream
chocolate sprinkles

PREPARATION:
- Fill glass half way with ice
- In a separate glass, mix chocolate and espresso until dissolved
- Pour chocolate/espresso mixture over ice
- Fill with milk
- Stir well
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
